Withdraw order
Need to cancel your order? If your order has not yet been shipped, you can withdraw from your purchase by filling our a request to withdraw and we'll cancel it free of charge. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to return the items once received. In that case, our standard return fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.
How to withdraw an order
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order. You can do so easily by using our withdrawal form here:
There you enter your order number and your email address.
Can’t find your order number? It’s listed in both your order confirmation and delivery confirmation under “Order number”.
Once your request to withdraw is registered, you will receive an email with a confirmation that your order is cancelled.
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation by email that we have received it.
Has your order not been shipped yet? We will cancel your order free of charge and send you an email confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.
Has your order already been shipped? You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you received your order. Register your request above and we will send you instructions on how to return your order. The goods must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. A return fee applies according to the terms applicable in the market where the purchase was made. See the applicable return fee under Returns & Refunds.
When exercising the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the return shipping if it has been shipped. It is important that the goods are returned in unchanged condition.
