Beaded Weft

Attach Micro or Nano-rings to your own hair and sew your Weft to the rings. The rings minimise weight, which means that the method is gentle on your own hair. After 4–6 weeks, move the rings up quickly and easily.

Weaving

Make a horizontal braid where you want to attach your Weft. Make sure the braid is thin and tight. Sew your Weft to the braid with a needle and thread.

DIY Clip-ins

Create your own Clip-ins by cutting your Weft into pieces that fit your head and sewing on clips at regular intervals. Don't forget to attach the cut ends with thread or a small drop of glue.

Durability

With a permanent insertion, the hair can be left in for up to 5 weeks with proper care. The hair has natural properties and gives a natural hair extension or thickening, and can easily be styled along with your own hair. Weft Extensions is perfect for ready-to-wear extensions or for people who want a permanent hair extension for a short time, e.g. holidays or special occasions.

Washing:

Wash your hair with Rapunzel of Sweden’s shampoo, conditioner and hair mask, which is adapted for extensions.

1. Detangle with a Wide Tooth Comb before washing. Start with the ends and work your way up.

2. Rinse the hair with lukewarm water and then apply shampoo from root to tip. Avoiding rubbing. Massage scalp with fingers for one minute. Rinse thoroughly and shampoo again.

3. Towel dry your hair with Bamboo Turban Hair Towel and then apply hair mask to the lengths, avoiding the attachments. Leave in for at least 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

4. Apply conditioner to the lengths, avoiding the attachments and the scalp. Detangle your hair with your fingers. Rinse thoroughly.

5. Brush your hair when it's dry. Use hair oil and/or Moisture & Protection Spray to define curls and create a frizz-free result. Squeeze/shape the curls with your hands.

6. Let the hair dry naturally or blow dry on low heat with heat protection.

7. Finish with Revitalizing Hair Oil for rehydration and a shiny result.

Please keep in mind:

• Detangle your hair at least twice a wide tooth comb. Make sure the attachments and hair are not tangled close to the scalp.

• Always sleep with dry hair. Braid your hair or tie it up in a high ponytail with Bamboo Scrunchies and sleep on Rapunzel’s Bamboo Pillow Case for less wear and tear on your hair.

• Always exercise with your hair braided or tucked in with the Bamboo Scrunchie.

• Always use heat protection when styling with heating tools and style at maximum 180°C.

• DO NOT use hair colour, colour bomb, toning, tinting, colour mask, henna, silver shampoo, bleach or similar on Nail Hair Extensions. Ask your Rapunzel hairdresser for help when dyeing extensions.

• Protect the hair from the sun and avoid dipping it in the sea and chlorinated water.

• Avoid contact with sunscreen and similar products that may discolour the hair.

• Hair extensions are not recommended when taking certain medications and during certain diseases. Consult your doctor if you are not sure. Find out about any allergies before using extensions.
