Choose curling technique
Classic curls
Place the curling iron at the root of the hair loop and wrap the hair around the cylinder, all the way down to the top. Hold for 5 - 10 seconds and gently release. Let the hair cool and then comb through with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. Fix with hairspray.
Tip! Curl the hair loops in different directions for extra volume.
Natural waves
Place the curling iron a few centimetres from the root of the loop. Wrap part of the hair around the barrel but leave the top out. Hold for a few seconds and then release the hair. Let the hair cool and then comb through with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. Fix with hairspray.
Beach waves with curling iron
Place the curling iron a few centimetres from the top of the loop and secure with the clip. Twist the hair by turning the curling iron 1 - 2 turns in a vertical position. Then wrap the hair around the cylinder and hold for 5 - 10 seconds. Gently release the hair. Let the hair cool and then comb through with your fingers or a wide-toothed comb. Fix with hairspray.
The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) contains various requirements regarding the handling of electrical and electronic devices. Below, we have summarized the most important points.
1. Separate Collection of Waste Equipment
Electrical and electronic devices that have become waste are referred to as waste equipment. Waste equipment must not be disposed of with household waste but instead must be collected separately through special collection and return systems.
2. Options for Returning Waste Equipment
Owners of waste equipment from private households can dispose of these items free of charge at the collection points of public waste disposal authorities or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors in accordance with the ElektroG.

Additionally, there is an option for free return at distributor collection points, regardless of purchasing a new device, for waste equipment that does not exceed 25 centimeters in any external dimension. This is limited to three waste devices per type.
3. Batteries, Accumulators, and Lamps
Owners of waste equipment containing old batteries, accumulators, or lamps that can be removed without destruction should, as a rule, separate these components from the waste equipment before disposal at a collection point. This does not apply if the waste equipment is being prepared for reuse by a public waste disposal authority.
4. Meaning of the "Crossed-Out Wheelie Bin" Symbol
The symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin, which is regularly displayed on electrical and electronic devices, indicates that the respective device must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its lifecycle.
