Match your Hair Texture
What's your hair type? Knowing the texture of your hair and the shape of your curls helps creating seamless and natural-looking results.

Straight
Straight hair is of course not curly, but it's still divided into sections 1a, 1b and 1c as straight hair can still have natural wave to them.
1a is very straight, fine hair without any hint of curls. It has little volume and a natural shine.
1b is straight hair that falls lightly. It has more volume and is thicker hair than 1a. The hairs can be slightly bent.
1c is straight hair that falls. It has a lot of volume and is thick hair. Light waves can appear in parts of the hair.

Wavy
Wavy is slightly thicker hair than type 1. The hair has S-shaped curls and natural volume.
2a is fine hair with a slightly wavy texture. The curls can be seen close to the roots, but changes to slightly s-shaped waves in the lengths.
2b has more defined, S-shaped waves. The shape of the waves is often described as “beach curls” or “beach waves”. As in category 1a, the hair may appear straighter, the closer we get to the root.
2c has pronounced S-shaped waves from root to tip. The hair is thick with a lot of volume and is bordering on curliness.

Curly
Curly hair has a lot of volume. The curls are spiral shaped. Characteristic for curly hair is that it's straight when wet and regains its curls when dry.
3a is hair with large spiral curls. The hair is supple and has natural shine.
3b is hair with medium-sized, spiral curls and a lot of volume from root to tip. It has natural bounce.
3c is hair with tight spiral curls. The curly hairs often gather in sections, which gives the hair a lot of volume and clear structure.
Subcategories A to C
Each category contains subcategories A-C. These subcategories are based on the shape and diameter of the curls. In each category, type A has a less defined shape and looser curl, type B has a defined shape and a curl diameter between types A and C, and type C has a distinct shape and tighter curl.
Before choosing extensions, you need to work out which is your hair type. Remember that just as we're all unique, your hair is also unique. Your hair may have more than one hair type or be in-between different hair types. If you have different hair types, We recommend that you choose extensions for the hair type you have the most of. If you are in-between two hair types choose the hair type with the looser curls.
