Shipping & Payments
Here’s where you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order gets to you — and how you can pay for it. We’ve made it easy with flexible payment options and trusted delivery partners, so you can just sit back and look forward to your package arriving soon.
At checkout, you will see all the delivery options available for your region and the estimated delivery time for your address. We always do our best to keep all items in stock, and if a product is temporarily out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. If we are unable to meet the stated delivery time, we will contact you.
If your parcel has not arrived, please notify us within 14 days of the order date.
Please note that deliveries may be affected by peak seasons, public holidays or extreme weather conditions, which may lead to delays.
Delivery
Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address - please take a quick look and make sure everything is correct. Once your order is packed and on its way, you'll also receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way.
Double check that you have entered the correct address when ordering! An incorrect address can lead to delays, incorrect deliveries or automatic return of the parcel. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details are correct.
To enable us to deliver as quickly as possible, your order is locked immediately after it is placed, which means that unfortunately we cannot make changes afterwards.
Standard delivery
Your parcel will be sent to the nearest agent or parcel locker (Budbee or iBoxen). Delivery time is usually 2-7 working days after the order leaves our warehouse. Free shipping may apply to purchases over a certain amount.
Home delivery
If home delivery is available in your area, you can choose to have your parcel delivered directly to your door. Delivery times and available carriers vary depending on your address.
Please note that some products may have special shipping conditions, such as limited delivery options or specific return requirements.
Delivery to mailbox, door, or home delivery
Once your order has left our warehouse, the shipping company assumes responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot influence any delays or deviations during delivery.
For home deliveries, you can choose to have the package left outside your door without a signature. Please note that this is at your own risk, and we cannot compensate for lost packages once the delivery is completed according to the shipping company’s instructions.
This also applies if the package is left in the mailbox or outside the door due to its size.
Express shipping
Need your hair fast? Choose express shipping at checkout for a faster delivery directly to your agent or home. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, but is usually 1-4 working days after your order has left our warehouse.

Dangerous goods
Some products, such as our Hair Extensions Remover, contain flammable substances and are subject to special delivery restrictions. When purchasing dangerous goods, only certain delivery options can be selected.
When returning or exchanging dangerous goods, special transport requirements apply. If you wish to return this product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you with instructions.
Uncollected parcel
If a parcel is not collected, a return shipping cost will be charged and the shipping cost of the order will not be refunded. Packages are normally left at the agent for 9-14 days before being returned to us.
Payment
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Any payment and delivery charges will be clearly stated before you finalise your order.
Our promotions are valid while stocks last or until the stated end date. In the case of promotions, special conditions may apply, these are always stated in the promotion information.
