ALL IN STOCK GUARANTEE

 

 

All products we show in our shop, we have in stock and send them the same day the order is made. (Monday-Friday). If there is anything you need to know regarding your delivery, we will call you.

 

 

FAST DELIVERY GUARANTEE

If you order before 3 pm local time, your goods will be sent that day. If you order in the EU or outside the EU, your goods will arrive in 3-9 days. If the product has not arrived within 12 days, you will get your shipping fee back.

 

 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Have you ordered a product that is 120 cm wide, we guarantee you it is 120 cm wide. If there should be anything wrong on our website please contact us.

 

 

PRICE GUARANTEE

When you have bought a product, we guarantee that this is the price we will charge you  and no extra fees or hiddden costs will appear. If the customs charge you a fee, we are not responsible for this and this is dependent on your own country's VAT rules. All our products are shown with 25% VAT inside the EU. The prices are shown without VAT for buyers outside the EU, after you have logged on.

When you pay for your product, we guarantee you safe payment. We only have safe ways of paying and will never give out your information to a third party. You carry yourself the responsibility for the consignment and that the package will reach us.


NOTE. We ask you to return your product within 14 day from the date of your order.

We take care of your package as soon as it arrives to us.

If you want to return and have chosen to pay by invoice, we will adjust your invoice accordingly. Have you paid by credit card or in advance, we will refund your payment.

If you wish to change to a different colour or product, we will despatch your new requirements very quickly.

If you have chosen to return or change the product, it must be in its unbroken package. The package is completely transparent so you can see the product.

If you wish to make a complaint concerning the product, you must send the goods to us together with a full description of the problem. The product is then analysed (takes up to 2 weeks). We will contact you at once as soon as we have an answer and a solution! Complaints can be made within 14 days of the date of your order, within one year if your complaint should concern machinery and electronics.
