ORIGINAL HUMAN HAIR
Our Original hair comes from a large geographical area around Asia. Most of it comes from India and from parts of Russia bordering to Asia but also from Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China. The hair is originally dark, but is coloured or toned in our factory. The hair is a little bit thicker which allows it to keep its fine and good quality despite treatments. Due to its good quality the hair will be slightly curly after washing. It suits most women and blend well into your own hair. It does not break easily and it can withstand hard brushing and handling compared to the two other types we have.
The quality of Rapunzel's hair extension is controlled in 3 stages: firstly at donation, secondly at our factory and thirdly by our own quality control staff in order to ensure the best possible quality for you, our customer. Rapunzel handles possible complaints in a professional way. We consider it to be an important task for us that our customers are treated in a right manner and that they shall be satisfied.

DAILY CARE OF YOUR HAIR
Our genuine hair extensions you can curl and style as you wish!
Sleep, workout and sport, always keep you hair braided.
Brush and untangle your hair often and when it needs to be done.
Always use a boar brush when brushing your hair.
Check the fastening points to your own hair to avoid that tangling occurs in the area near to your scalp.
Always untangle you hair prior to showering and never brush a wet hair.
Never go to bed with wet hair or unbraided hair
The sun, wind and water affect your hair. Do not bathe in salty water or chlorine water (pools) and keep you hair braided when you feel that there is a strong environmental influence.
Colouring and bleaching of your hair is not recommended.
Be aware of the fact that hair extensions are not recommended in combination with some medications and treatment of some illnesses.
When removing your hair extensions, please follow our instructions and use recommended products so that your hair is not damaged.
Use our care & styling products as recommended and follow the instructions, then you hair extensions will last much longer.
