Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Shop your X-mas gifts in December – extended refund and return rights until January 30th 2015.
At Rapunzel our aim is to make sure that you the consumer feel secure purchasing goods from us, therefore we provide you with the possibility to return or exchange your goods or have a refund if the product is faulty. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please notify us in writing within 14 days. This is done using the returns form or by e-mail.
Exchange
If you want to change a part or all of your order, there are two ways to do this.

Alternative 1.

We recommend the quickest and easiest way to exchange your goods is by doing the exchange yourself. Follow these steps: 
  1. Create a new order and pay for the products you wish to have instead. These products are sent to you as a regular order by the shipping options you choose. 
  2. Use our pre-printed return form, please tick the box regret puchase
  3. Pack the items you wish to send back in the same package / bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box.
  4. Please return the filled out form along with the goods you no longer want to Rapunzel of Sweden AB, Box 3174, 903 04 Umeå, Sweden 
  5. Submit the package at the nearest Post Office. Keep the receipt. 
To be able to exchange your product we require that the packaging seal is unbroken. If the packaging has been opened we will return the item back to the sender without action. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and are also responsible for the product being returned to us in its original condition. Rapunzel will attend to your claim as soon as possible.

Alternative 2.

The other option for replacing goods/product is with the help of our exchange form. Here you fill in the information regarding the goods you want to exchange on the form and send it together with the goods to us. Follow these steps:
  1. Print out our exchange form and fill in your details.
  2. Pack the items you wish to send back in the same package / bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box. 
  3. Mail the form along with your goods to Rapunzel of Sweden AB, Box 3174, 903 04 Umeå, Sweden 
  4. Submit the package at the nearest Post Office. Keep the receipt. 
To be able to exchange your product the packaging seal must is unbroken. If the packaging has been opened then the item will be returned to the sender without action. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and are responsible for ensuring that the product is submitted to us in its original condition. Rapunzel will deal with your case as soon as possible. For this type of exchange Rapunzel will bear the costs of shipping the new goods back to you.

Returns
All returns must be submitted as follows: 
  1. Pack the product well in the same package / bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box. 
  2. Use our prepared return form.
  3. Please return the completed form along with your order to Rapunzel of Sweden AB, Box 3174, 903 04 Umeå, Sweden. 
  4. Submit the package at the nearest Post Office. Keep the receipt. 
To return your item the packaging seal must not be broken. If the package has been opened then the item will be returned to the sender without action. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and are responsible for the product arriving back to us in its original condition. If the wrong products have been delivered then we will refund return shipping costs. Rapunzel will attend to your case as soon as possible. 
 
If you paid by credit card then the money will be refunded back to the card via DIBS/PayPal. If you were invoiced then this will be cancelled or credited back to you. Refunds take approx. 1-5 business days.

Refund
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the product has been put into use. If your product is faulty then the entire product should be returned to us. Please attach a full description of the fault. The item is then analysed by our warranty department who will contact you via email when the matter has been investigated. 
Follow these steps: 
  1. Pack the items in the same package/bag it came in. Or use your own packaging/box. 
  2. Print out the claim form.
  3. Include a full description of the fault. 
  4. Send the claim form along with all the goods / items you wish to have refunded, and the receipt for the return shipping, to: Rapunzel of Sweden AB, Box 3174, 903 04 Umeå, Sweden 
  5. Submit the package at the nearest Post Office.
